CANCELLATION POLICIES
 
 
Flight reservations:
Customers will be charged full fare if they fail to arrive for a scheduled flight, late arrivals, or cancellations less than seven days prior to a scheduled flight.
 
Flight tickets:
Flight tickets are non-refundable and are redeemable for one year from the date of issue. They will be voided if the passengers fail to arrive for a scheduled flight, late arrivals, or cancellations less than seven days prior to a scheduled flight. Flight tickets must be presented before the flight is taken.
 
Second Party Gift Certificates:
Passengers utilizing any second party certificates, coupons or vouchers from companies such as Soaring Adventures, Skyride, United States Hot Air Balloon Team, etc, and all social media vendors are subject to the same flight reservation cancellation policy as above. Certificates, coupons or vouchers from these companies will remain valid for use on a future flight within the terms associated with them.
 
We reserve the right to cancel any flight or passengers where safety may be a factor.
